For our client currently we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with German

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a BPO/contact center environment in an Operations Manager or similar role,
• Proven track record in managing customer service operations and meeting KPI targets,
• Advanced proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written,
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills,
• Solid analytical and financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L management,
• Ability to manage client escalations, build trust, and act as a business partner,
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
