The Ajax product line includes over 200 devices: they protect premises from burglary, fire, and flooding, and also allow users to control electrical appliances. Today, Ajax protects more than 3,000,000 users in 180 countries and has received Europe’s highest security awards. Now we are looking for an Operational Manager to join the Business Development Department in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and/or technical support for contract administration, customer service, and maintaining order history
- Assists the Business Development Manager in driving sales growth
- Registers and forwards contracts for the Business Development Manager, prepares presentations, and works in 1C and the Jira task manager
- Manages the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments
- Supports the Business Development Manager in developing new and expanding existing customer relationships as needed
- Responds to customer inquiries
- Builds strong customer relationships while maintaining high-quality customer service
- Develops a high level of knowledge of all customer-facing systems in use
Requirements:
- Secondary specialized or higher education (preferred fields: economics, logistics, administration)
- Very good command of Ukrainian and Polish
- English at a communicative level will be a plus
- Soft skills: attention to numbers and order, responsibility, stress resilience, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, drive for results, and understanding the importance of delivering top-level customer service
- Hard skills: experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Comarch ERP will be a plus), confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
- Previous experience working with customers and handling documentation
