What will we do together?

• Lead the operational team, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and high service quality,
• Manage daily transport planning and execution processes in alignment with SLAs, SOPs, and ISO requirements,
• Identify and implement operational and network improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs,
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and carriers, serving as the primary operational point of contact,
• Oversee contract performance and profitability, effectively managing risks, issues, and escalations,
• Ensure balanced workload distribution, team development, and regular performance management activities,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement operational changes, improvement projects, and digital solutions,
• Monitor audits, compliance performance, and non‑conformities, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to transportation, supply chain, or transport operations execution,
• Strong knowledge of air and ocean transport – must have,
• Team management experience,
• Understanding of market trends and customer needs in the logistics and transport sector,
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders,
• Very good command of English (written and spoken),
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick, data‑driven decisions under pressure,
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
