Key Responsibilities
- Develop close and trusted relationships with manufacturing functional teams, becoming the first point of contact for technology services.
- Understand TwiningsOvo manufacturing operations, challenges, risks and opportunities, and monitor industry, functional and technology trends.
- Support business approvals for all joint business and technology plans, contributing to quality priorities for specific services.
- Contribute to enterprise technology and digital strategy, identifying interdependencies and commonalities across the organisation to create reusable services and guiding solution decisions.
- Enrich manufacturing infrastructures, ensuring security practices and policies are implemented and aligned with manufacturing BCP.
- Ensure technical services meet required criteria for optimal support; follow ITIL standards for outages and incident management.
- Guarantee availability and security of systems supporting manufacturing sites (Andover/Poland), including change control and roadmap for maintenance and development.
- Ensure all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation and Twinings policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 3 years (preferred 5–7) experience in a manufacturing business partner role (ERP/MES/QMS, plant floor systems to executive suite).
- Background in Computer Science with a curiosity for deeper knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand underlying business needs.
- Effective collaboration with people at all organisational levels.
- Strong understanding of business and project management, recognising risks, impacts and mitigation actions, translating into application and operational requirements.
- Customer‑focused and service‑level oriented, ensuring value delivery.
- Influential decision‑maker, comfortable challenging for better outcomes.
- Experience working with teams in multiple locations and remotely.
- Strong business requirement gathering and analysis skills.
- Proficient in supporting existing IT applications – fault‑finding, analysis and recommending corrective actions (ITIL).
- CPG industry experience.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced, international business, delivering change.
