For our international client, we seek an Operations Engineer - Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, with practical experience, preferably within product teams working in data and analytics.
• Experience with relevant applications and customization within solution boundaries.
• Experience with enterprise-wide monitoring software is a plus.
• Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and DevOps version control concepts (Git).
• Understanding of technical data processing concepts.
• Experience with Azure, Salesforce, or Tableau is a plus.
• Knowledge of German or other languages is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2-3 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system events, performance, and availability to ensure smooth operations and detect issues, escalating as needed for resilient analytics products.
• Respond to incidents, requests, and feedback related to analytics products, coordinating with support teams.
• Define and optimize end-to-end provisioning processes, automating where possible.
• Manage technology assets through standard and controlled procedures.
• Adapt and improve incoming requests, implementing necessary process changes within the analytics environment.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation related to analytics products within the designated tools.
• Identify opportunities for IT operations improvements within the product team and implement solutions.
