Job Purpose
Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes to ensure high-quality customer experience, efficiency and regulatory compliance within the business.
Your role
- Lead daily operations across underwriting, policy administration, claims and customer service
- Design and implement process improvements to increase quality of services and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal control requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing partners
- Monitor operational performance metrics and report to executive management
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives
- Develop and mentor operations teams to enhance capability and engagement
What we expect
- Experience in Strategic Operations Leadership (+5 years)
- Experience in, and focus on driving excellence in customer relations area
- Proven track record in process optimization, automation & digitalization
- Experienced in managing and leading teams
- Analytical & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Out of the box thinking
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish
