WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

Headcount and Purchased Services Management:

• Plan and execute headcount and purchased services demand in alignment with operational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resource allocation meets project and business needs.

Budget Planning and Monitoring:

• Develop and track budgets for operations functions.
• Provide regular updates and insights on budget performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

Metrics and KPIs Development:

• Design, implement, and monitor operations metrics and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Process and Tool Improvements:

• Identify opportunities to improve operations processes and tools.
• Lead or support initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Work with and analyze data files to draw conclusions and recommend solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

General Operations Support:

• Assist with other operations activities as needed, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day functions.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in operations, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, headcount planning, and operational metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data files, draw insights, and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Spotfire, or other data analysis software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
