OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart! We are open to considering candidates from Kielce, Łódź, and Piotrków Trybunalski districts. This position involves traveling to various sites, and a company car will be provided.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Reviewing ongoing compliance with technical operational obligations (e.g. legal, warranty, business plan, environmental, H&S etc.)
• Managing onsite operations and maintenance providers, service records, maintenance systems, regulatory aspects
• Conducting site visits and interactions with technical advisors
• Performing technical analysis on system performance
• Utilizing SCADA systems and market information portals
• Managing maintenance services contracts (e.g. controlling the balance of the contract, service provider obligations, quality of services)
• Conducting public and commercial procurement for maintenance services
• Providing monthly reporting on operations (e.g. energy production malfunction and other operational aspects)
• Searching, delivering, and implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management and/or object administration
• Proven experience in PV energy operations, demonstrating technical understanding and practical application
• Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, to support effective communication with international and local stakeholders.

Would be an advantage:

• Educational background in engineering, providing technical insight into renewable energy projects
• Experience in wind energy projects, adding value through knowledge of diverse renewable technologies.
