The role requires expertise across the full trade lifecycle and Investment Accounting Operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high-quality and timely delivery. A strong interest in learning and harnessing technology will help you succeed in this role.While continuing to deliver client value, we believe it is vital to consider our people and our planet in every business decision we make**What you will be responsible for:*** Action daily tasks and monitor the workflow of processes such as:* Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and issues* Preparing monthly reports* Monitoring email box and replying on the emails in a timely manner* Performing postings of cash adjustment in the system* Conducting daily reconciliation of Cash, Trades and Positions on Client accounts* Independently liaise with 3rd Party Managers, Counterparties, Clients and Custodians to resolve operational issues* Maintain procedures and ongoing training* Manage all administrative activities and contribute to reports to management* Knowledge and adherence to service delivery against SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)* Independent investigation of complex cases with custodians**What we value:*** Thorough understanding of reconciliations* Significant experience in working within a buy-side or outsourced Operations team* Understanding of claims procedures.* A Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience* A good level of knowledge of Capital Market products* Familiarity with diverse security types and the investment industry* Enhanced communication with good verbal and written skills (English Language)* Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word &Excel)* Knowledge of databases and SQL* Strong analytical skills and logical understanding of the processes* Business Analyst, project or onboarding experience is an advantage**Benefits*** Flexible working hours* Sharing the costs of private medical care* Sharing the costs of sports activities (Multisport Card)* Possibility to develop your career in an international environment* Professional training and courses* German and English language classes* Integration events and charity projects**Next Steps**Please send us your application in English via our career site as soon as possible, we process incoming applications continually.
