For our Client, we are looking for candidates for the position ofOperations Analyst.



Job Tasks:

• Support Strategy Execution: Assist the team in implementing revenue-related initiatives aligned with business goals
• Process Support: Help identify basic process gaps and suggest simple improvements to increase efficiency
• Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment
• Tools & Systems Assistance: Support the maintenance and daily operations of tools used in revenue operations
• Forecasting Support: Assist in preparing data for forecasting and planning activities
• Performance Tracking: Help monitor key metrics and update dashboards to reflect current performance

Requirements:

• 1-2 years ofexperience in Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT Sales orBusiness Development
• Bachelors degree (preferably inBusiness Administration, Accounting, Finance or Analytics)
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency inMS Excel; experience working in aSAPenvironment;
• Proficiency in English
• German language skillswill be considered an asset
• Analitycal mindset
