Job Summary



We are looking for an Operations Analyst for our office located in the service center in Bydgoszcz. Our team is monitoring all aspects of the repair service provided by the third party. The main goal for this role is to measure daily / weekly / monthly output quantities and to be responsible for its appropriate invoicing.



Main Responsibilities



  • Responsible for appropriate cost management processes and performance analysis of the service.
  • Monitor daily / weekly / monthly output quantities and configurations to ensure appropriate invoicing is respected.
  • Provide local interface to highlight and resolve issues and escalate as required to ensure a continuous flow of repair / refurbishment services.
  • Manage the costs, highlighting and explaining any deviation from budget expectations.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and share with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular financial Key Performance Indicators / statistics to measure and manage the financial quality performance of the service provider and implement recovery actions as necessary.
Profile



You have at least 4 years of experience in financial analysis in a reverse logistic, or similar environment within an outsourced manufacturing facility. You are fluent in English and Polish .



Important technical skills:



  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel / Word) - Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience of budget control, financial analysis and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Familiar with industry finance and regulatory standards.
