Operations Analyst

• Preparing regular financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating daily cooperation with depository and custody banks, brokers, and service providers
• Overseeing trade confirmation and settlement processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Providing transaction-related data and key information to accounting and valuation teams
• Verifying invoice accuracy and processing fund and portfolio payments
• Supporting reconciliation processes (cash, securities, corporate actions, and transactions)

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in how investment operations work behind the scenes? We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our operations team supporting asset management processes. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of financial instruments, learn how transactions are processed and controlled, and collaborate with internal and external partners across the investment value chain.
