Within our SCM Logistics department, we are looking for an experienced professional with a desire for creative perspectives for our location in Bydgoszcz who starts at the earliest possible date.

Operational Warehouse Lead

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• As Operational Operations Lead you supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity and shipping.
• You are recruiting, training, and developing warehouse staff to ensure Service Level Agreements and efficiency targets are met.
• You are monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and labour productivity and providing regular reports to management.
• You are ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
• You are identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• You ensure close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as production, QA, technical support and manage local external service providers.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Professional education in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area.
• People management experience, experience in leadership in a warehouse environment.
• Good knowledge of English speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of our WMS system Prostore.
• You are conceptually strong and have a can-do mentality.
• You have an independent, structured way of working and strong numerical reasoning skills.
• You know how to visualize concepts and ideas.
