Operational Treasury Analyst, Warsaw, Poland

Are you experienced within working experience in treasury operations, controlling, and cash management? We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented finance specialist to become a part of our operational finance organization based in Warsaw, Poland.

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient execution of treasury operations. Operational Treasury Analyst is responsible for executing treasury matching, payments, foreign exchange trading (when necessary), and liquidity forecasting.

Location: Warsaw (hybrid work)

As our team member, you will have a great influence on shaping your own working day and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Perform daily bank statement reconciliation (treasury matching) by ensuring transactions in Business Central (ERP) are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in verifying and processing payments across all companies in the group, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Perform cash allocation and clearing to maintain accurate records of outstanding items with clients, including cases involving self-billing.
  • In collaboration with Working Capital Manager, drive continuous dunning and collections, ensuring effective cash collection processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to support optimal cash flow management.
  • Prepare treasury-related reports and summaries, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in auditing treasury processes by coordinating with internal and external auditors as needed.
  • Execute currency transactions as required, supporting foreign exchange position management.
  • Together with Treasury Manager, streamline how we work with banks, currently in 12 countries. This includes having a big influence on how we set up the systems we use.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure funds are available for operational needs.
  • Min 2 years of experience in treasury matching, cash management, or expense management from a global organization.
  • Have professional communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Identify and resolve complex financial discrepancies.
  • Respond proactively and effectively to changes in cash flow, currency fluctuations, and cash management needs, while guiding and supporting the team through these changes.
  • Foster collaboration within the team and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
