For one of our client, international company located in Warsaw, we are looking for an Operational Technology Security Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Develop the OT security control framework, security policies and procedures for supply chain, R&D, and labs, and ensure security controls are implemented across our sites.
• Support the development of training materials to drive adoption and compliance with the OT security framework and security policies.
• Design risk sensing, automation, and analytics solutions for critical security controls to advance vulnerability management.
• Provide requirements to the engineering teams to advance threat monitoring and detection in the OT environments.
• Design data and analytics solutions to measure and improve the risk posture of the OT environments within the network.
• In partnership with security architecture and engineering teams, design and deploy risk sensing solutions to automate controls that provide proactive visibility to address issues and risks in the OT environment,
• Execute governance framework to provide visibility of risk posture and measure improvement.
• Continuously improving the OT cyber security framework, for example:
o Support identification and implementation of security tools and design patterns (e.g., ICE firewall deployments, IDR, AV, SIEM, deception technology).
o Enhance technical standards, training materials and implementation guidance.
• Actively monitor new threats and vulnerabilities, advising IT and Engineering teams on appropriate actions to address them.

Requirements
• At least six years of experience in IT and/or Engineering with a security focus is required.
• Experience with Operational Technology environments, security technologies and controls (e.g., remote access, access control, firewalls, IDP/IDR, anti-malware, patch management, encryption technologies, forensics etc.) is required.
• Knowledge of the security landscape including trends in process, tooling and threats is required.
• Results orientation/sense of urgency with ability to drive to tight timelines required.
• Self-starter, eager to learn and develop new skills, while demonstrating the ability to work independently is desirable.

Preferred:
• Experience performing security audits and assessments based on technical security frameworks such as NIST 800-53/800-82, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, etc.
• Experience analyzing IT and Operational Technology architecture to identify security gaps and designing solutions
• Understanding of penetration testing and penetration testing tool
• Experience of working within an incident response team
