Operational Support & Service Delivery 
Location: Hybrid/Wrocław (2 days per week in the office)
Full-time

We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Support & Service Delivery on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for support and ensure stable operations of the DTC platform and to provide service delivery capabilities for project execution. The new employee will handle incidents, ensure SLA compliance,
support backlog management, and contribute to scalability and performance improvements.

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Platform monitoring & troubleshooting
  • Incident and problem management
  • SLA/KPI tracking
  • Backlog management in ServiceNow or similar tools
  • Project delivery support

  • Ability to work in a distributed (offshore) environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level)
