Operational QA Senior Assistant

• Inspection of Certificates of Analysis and/or Certificates of Origin for raw materials, semi-finished goods and kits or instruments / spare parts from suppliers and evaluation in QC inspection plans (e.g. SAP) by detailed comparing with master records
• Make usage decision to release raw materials in SAP
• Follow up missing Certificates of Analysis, e.g. by contacting our suppliers
• Administer new Certificates of Analysis and Material Specifications as master documents in document management system
• Follow up deviations between master CoA / Material Specifications and CoA in evaluation, e.g. by writing CAPA deviation reports, contacting responsible QA experts, contacting supplier.
