Operational Planning Specialist (Purchase Order Processor)

Location: Warsaw (hybrid). This is a full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate domestic and export purchase orders.
- Cross‑check purchase orders against supplier agreements for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal teams (customer service, procurement, account payable) and external parties (suppliers, freight partners) to arrange timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and support issue resolution such as delivery complaints or returns.
- Manage purchasing records and supporting documents (e.g., invoices, delivery notes, certificates).
- Support performance tracking, including On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF) delivery metrics.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining up‑to‑date supplier files.
- Troubleshoot operational issues.
Qualifications
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing or administrative experience (internships welcome).
- Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred (not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
