About our client

Our client is a fast‑growing factoring company operating within an international financial group. The organization delivers modern working‑capital solutions for SME and corporate clients, combining advanced technology, customer‑centric operations and a strong strategic vision. Due to ongoing expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Operational Director to strengthen its leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational areas of the factoring business, including client onboarding, transactional processing, settlements and collections.
• Design, optimize and automate operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Manage, mentor and develop operational teams and mid‑level managers.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and market standards.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, IT, Sales and Compliance on strategic initiatives and operational change.
• Monitor KPIs, create performance dashboards and report results to the Management Board.
• Support the development of product strategy and contribute to company‑wide transformation programs.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in operational leadership within factoring, leasing or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of factoring processes, regulations and operational best practices.
• Proven track record of managing large operational teams and leading organizational change.
• Experience with process automation, workflow tools and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1).
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
