What we expect

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles within an international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Workfront, Power BI, MS SharePoint, and MS Office is a great advantage
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Your tasks

  • Under limited supervision, creates a collaborative communications plan based on project requirements, focused on external customer audiences
  • Prioritize requests and determines timeline, external audience, messaging, approvers, distribution method
  • Plan and produce communications projects of increasing complexity that support functional business plans, organizational plans and company’s reputation and brand strategy
  • Proactively recommends plan modifications to clients
  • Measures, analyzes, and reports project results
  • Supports assigned business area by listening to requirements and understanding business processes and products to better assess projects
  • Leads weekly Portfolio Customer Communication projects (New Product Introduction launch; Product Phase In/Out updates; System or Process changes; Pricing updates; etc.) ensuring timelines are met to include drafting, reviews, updates, and approval verification
  • Actively participates in daily team meetings, sharing current work, and offering support to fellow analysts during teams of peak volume
