• Processing of demand notifications and exception messages
• Changing delivery schedules in the event of changes to supplier deadlines, taking into account stock levels
• Checking order confirmations for quantity and date; delivery reminders, monitoring the flow of materials until physical delivery
• Active cooperation and communication with suppliers
• Preparing and sending orders (automated where possible), delivery schedules, forecasts, framework agreements
• Supporting the complaint handling process
• Sending necessary documentation to the supplier

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably in business administration, technology, logistics or international business management
• At least two years of professional experience in operational or strategic purchasing, production planning (preferably in a machine manufacturing company)
• Very good knowledge of German (essential for communication with suppliers and within the organization); very good knowledge of Polish; knowledge of English is welcome
• Experience working with SAP (Purchasing, Production Planning, VM), solid understanding of MRP parameters
• Microsoft D365 knowledge as a plus
• Supporting the optimization and further development of purchasing processes (purchasing responsibility)
• Responsibility and independence
• Organized and structured way of working, ability to work in a team, communication, negotiation skills as a plus
