About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Compliance Team Lead, playing a crucial role in ensuring our company adheres to all legal standards and regulations, safeguarding our reputation, and facilitating our growth in the urban mobility sector.

What you can expect

Main tasks and responsibilities:



  1. Regulatory Compliance Checks: Regularly assess our operations to ensure they meet all legal requirements, keeping us ahead of the curve.
  2. Document Review and Assurance: Support examination of documents from business partners and business contracts meticulously, ensuring all submissions are compliant and meet our high standards.
  3. Communication Mastery: Draft and manage responses to inquiries and letters from regulatory authorities and tax offices, showcasing your adeptness in professional, legal communication.
  4. Analytical Excellence: Bring an analytic approach to tasks, scrutinizing data to enhance efficiency and compliance strategies.
  5. Innovative Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our compliance processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  6. Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside both local and international teams to streamline and refine compliance practices, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What we expect

About you:

  1. You are either a recent graduate or in the final year of your studies in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. You possess at least 1 year of experience in a role related to administration, compliance, or legal affairs - fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
  3. You are fluent in English and Polish and capable of engaging in professional communications without barriers.
  4. Your approach to problem-solving is deeply rooted in a data-driven and analytical mindset, supported by your proficiency in Excel.
  5. Thriving in a fast-paced environment comes naturally to you, adapting swiftly to evolving situations while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  6. You are interested in new technologies, especially within the ride-hailing sector.
