We are looking for an experienced OpenText Business Consultant to help us design and implement Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions that support our business processes. Your main focus will be on OpenText xECM, Content Server, and Archive Center. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will guide teams through best practices for document management, archiving, and integration with core business systems such as SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Consulting: Understand business needs and translate them into ECM solutions using OpenText products.
Solution Design: Define processes for document lifecycle, retention, and archiving in line with compliance requirements.
Integration Support: Advise on integration of OpenText xECM with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other enterprise applications.
Migration & Archiving Strategy: Develop plans for data migration and archiving from legacy systems.
