The Operational Support Systems (OSS) section maintains and develops operational support applications. In particular, we develop and support the following areas:

• application monitoring
• DRP tests
• 24/7 application support
• management of production environments
• access management
• implementation of deployments
• performance monitoring
• capacity management
• Technical incident handling
• Support for security incident handling
• extension and modification of the functionality of existing applications

If youre looking for an exciting opportunity to collaborate on a B2B contract basis, feel free to apply!

• 3+ years of full-time demonstrable hands-on experience ideally in OpenSearch, optionally in Elasticsearch
• Experience with operating and managing search and analytics engines in OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana
• Strong know-how in AWS
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently or in a team environment
