Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the go‑to‑market strategy of the brand across all channels and distribution scope, contributing to a seamless brand experience and maximized ROI.
- Define the distribution strategy and associated business management plans for the brand, liaising with local and regional key stakeholders to secure buy‑in and necessary resources.
- Build and execute the activation calendar around the commercial plan for the BU, ensuring alignment with key trading moments and brand priorities, and coordinate strategies across accounts.
- Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure brand image compliance for all activations.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable account‑specific marketing plans, incorporating deep understanding of market dynamics, account‑specific needs and opportunities, and relevant category insights.
- Provide data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to account leads regarding distribution opportunities, optimal product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to identify new growth opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Design and implement impactful trade promotions, activations, and events tailored to the specific needs of each assigned account to drive sales growth, market share gains, and improved retailer relationships.
- Ensure activations are consistent with Brand strategy.
- Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategise andrate trade investments based on brand priorities and ROI analysis, in collaboration with KAMs.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with sales teams to ensure alignment between trade marketing activities and overall sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in trade marketing and creating activation campaigns.
- Preferably experience in trade & activation excellence role.
- First experience and understanding of omnichannel journey activation and consumer lifetime planning.
- Good business relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Creativity combined with analytical & problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish is a must.
