Local IT Support Engineer is closely working with end users, delivering hands on support related to computers, printers and mobile devices. Engineer works with incidents finding the solution. Engineer role is also to prepare new equipment and maintain the existing ones. Their duty is to work closely with second- and third-line support engineers escalating and resolving the issues. On daily basis delivers high quality support also to VIP users.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 yrs hands on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer
Basic understanding of Audio/Video equipment and conference room setup
Experience in Providing Hands & feet Support for Network and Datacenter Equipments/Devices
Strong Microsoft Operating System installation(Win 10 & Win 11) and troubleshooting skills
Strong experience in troubleshooting MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts
Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and i-Phones
User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, Teams, WebEx, and Windows Native tools tool.
Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations and performance issues.
Strong Customer service skills
Hands on Experience on ITSM tools like Service Now
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
Good documentation skills
Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
Should have a great customer handling skills
Able to handle unforeseen situations
