We are currently seeking an Onsite IT Support Associate to join our team in Warsaw, Mazowieckie (PL-MZ), Poland (PL).

Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviews, troubleshoots, and approves operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
2. Installs, maintains, and optimizes desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.
3. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
4. Performs maintenance and repair services.
5. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
6. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
