Job Title: Onsite Customer Care Specialist (Greek-Speaking)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Onsite Customer Care Specialist, providing exceptional service to Greek-speaking customers. In this role, you will assist clients in person and through other communication channels, addressing their product or service-related inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. You will resolve routine issues and contribute to high customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for individuals who are native Greek speakers or have C2 proficiency in Greek, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in customer support is helpful but not necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

• Offer excellent customer support through face-to-face interactions and other communication platforms.
• Address customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and resolve basic product or service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer details.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow company procedures to ensure all customer interactions meet quality service standards.

Requirements:

• Greek: Native/C2
• English: B2
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work within the available schedule: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (Monday to Sunday).
