Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to oversee and support the construction and commissioning of high and medium voltage (HV/MV) electrical infrastructure projects. This role involves supervising the installation and assembly processes, ensuring strict compliance with design documentation, quality plans, and safety standards. The position also includes quality control of materials and equipment, documentation management, progress monitoring, and active coordination with project stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities
Supervision and Control of the Construction Process:
- Continuous verification of the compliance of assembly and installation works with the approved design documentation, the Project Quality Plan (PQP), and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
- Participation in key inspections and acceptances (e.g., cable laying checks, equipment installation, connection checks, participation in tests).
Quality Management:
- Supervision of the quality control process for materials and equipment (cables, apparatus, control cabinets); verification of certificates, attestations, and factory acceptance test reports.
- Identification and reporting of any non-conformities (NCR); monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Documentation Management and Reporting:
- Co-authoring precise reports, including verification and archiving of measurement and test protocols.
- Ongoing verification of as-built documentation (schematics, plans) for its completeness and compliance with the actual state.
Schedule and Physical Progress Monitoring:
- Detailed tracking of work progress against the schedule, with particular emphasis on milestones.
- Supporting the Package Manager in the verification of the scopes of work for the Contractors payment applications.
Coordination and Communication:
- Active participation in technical meetings.
Education
Higher technical degree (MSc) in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
Languages
Fluent in English and Polish. Ability to read, write and speak other languages will be a plus.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of documented professional experience as a site engineer in the execution of HV/MV substations, cable lines, or in industrial power engineering projects.

Requirements
- A Polish SEP qualification certificate, Group 1 (Operations) above 1kV, will be an additional asset.
- Driving License: Active category B driving license.
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Experience in the commissioning and handover processes of power facilities.
- Knowledge of contract procedures based on FIDIC standards.
