We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Shop Manager to help operate and improve our online shops across Europe. You’ll keep content accurate, support campaigns and product launches, and ensure a smooth, reliable shopping experience for thousands of customers.

The Role

As Online Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our online shops updated, functional, and customer friendly. You’ll handle day‑to‑day shop operations, including publishing content, setting up product pages, supporting campaigns, and reporting performance insights or technical issues. This hands‑on role requires precision and a strong link between content, marketing, and technical teams. You’ll help ensure that our online shops across Europe deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience for every customer. You will be part of an international team, based in Budapest or Warsaw, with a hybrid schedule and limited travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update online shop content across multiple European markets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support new product launches and campaigns from setup to go‑live.
• Test new features and report bugs or content issues for timely resolution.
• Contribute to performance reporting by identifying practical insights and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience working with ecommerce or website content management systems.
• Proficiency with CMS (experience with Sitecore is an advantage).
• Experience selling on online marketplaces, particularly Allegro.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for small content or layout adjustments.
• Experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to support data‑driven insights.
• Comfortable working with content in multiple languages (fluency not required).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and reliability in managing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Reporting to the Shop Operations Manager, you’ll support the growth of our online shops by improving customer experience, conversion, and retention.
