Kramp is looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist at our Polish headquarters in Modła Królewska near Konin. If youre passionate about online marketing and ready to contribute to a dynamic international environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities: As part of our Marketing team, you will be instrumental in implementing our online marketing strategy for the Polish market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating on and executing online and social media strategies.
• Planning, coordinating, and evaluating internet marketing campaigns.
• Managing online campaigns using performance-based models.
• Analyzing results and preparing reports on online activities.
• Supporting sales objectives through partner collaboration and conversion optimization.
• Conducting SEO/SEM activities focused on lead generation and sales conversion.
• Assisting in direct mailing activities, including design, sending, and reporting on effectiveness.
• Implementing tools to optimize online activities.
• Monitoring and analyzing website traffic.
• Collaborating with suppliers, agencies, and other partners.
• Analyzing industry trends and competitor campaigns.
• Developing and implementing social media communication strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in data management and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to set and measure goals effectively.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Customer and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Experience in managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns, especially performance-based campaigns, is a plus.
