We are seeking an Onboarding Success Partner for our client.
Agreement: Contract of employment
Job Description:
As an Onboarding Success Partner , you will have the opportunity to work closely with the recruitment team as a strategic driver within the company. You will contribute to various HR areas, including Talent Attraction, Global Mobility, Onboarding, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage non-competitive hires (administrative RRs) end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR, Global Mobility, and related vendors.
- Offer comprehensive support for the regional high-volume Campus Hiring Process, including offering management and onboarding assistance.
- Management of International Relocation processes.
- Prepare reports to provide an overview of ongoing activities.
- Management of ticketing tool queues.
- Assist with documentation preparation for the onboarding process where applicable.
- Assist Early Career projects.
- Create regular and ad-hoc reporting (Hot Jobs, BG specific reports, RR specific reports).
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience in HR Administrative role or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and act independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations
- Flexibility to work in ambiguous environments while maintaining positivity
- Strong team player
