Job Description

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will support the onboarding process for new and existing customers, ensuring accurate data capture, compliance with data integrity policies, and timely resolution of customer requests.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
  • Independent processing of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements.
  • Make changes and additions to clients’ accounts.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Close cooperation with the Sales Department.
