Your Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the key support for new hires and a trusted partner for HR and recruitment teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the onboarding process from offer acceptance to the first weeks of employment.
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Preparing documents: employment contracts, offer letters, and reports.
- Organizing welcome meetings and induction plans.
- Providing support to new hires via email, phone, and in person.
- Managing medical checks and background verification.
- Assisting in preparing recruitment newsletters.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administrative work, ideally in HR/recruitment.
- Ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (min. B2).
- Detail-oriented and compliance-focused.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
