Kolomolo is Hiring: On Prem DC Senior Network Architect

Location: Remote (EU), Poland (office in Kraków)

Contract: B2B, Full-Time

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Architecture Lead the design and planning of DC network infrastructure, including Cisco and Dell network equipment
• Collaborate for Cloud and On-Premises Integration of cloud data centers, AWS, and on-premises networks.
• Cooperate and for network related tasks lead a of 8+ experienced professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Hands-On Support Dedicate 20% of your time to assisting the team with technical issues and network fixes.
• Allocate 50-60% of your time to planning and architectural tasks, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.
• Contribute to cybersecurity efforts by close collaboration with the cybersec team.
• Participate in network and infrastructure-related projects, providing expert insights and guidance

SKILLS NEEDED

• 10 years of experience with at least 8 years in a managerial or technical architect role within infrastructure.
• Bachelors or preferably Masters degree in networking is required for this role
• Proficiency in Dell, Cisco, and Fortigate are required.
• Strong network design experience with VMWare, Active Directory, AWS.
• Experience with cloud data centers, AWS, and on-premises networks.
• Significant experience in the telecommunication industry is highly preferred or at a global technology company.
• Must be willing to work at least 20% on-site in multiple countries
• Focused on network-related tasks, with existing strong system-side resources in-house.
