We are looking for top-notch technology specialists willing to move our projects onto a new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have the opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top industry leaders. You will be part of our global team and participate in international projects.
Your key responsibilities
- Work with multifunctional teams and/or clients to design and deliver supply chain transformations that improve KPIs such as service, cost, and cash
- Design planning solutions, create operating models, lead workshops, and conduct fit-gap assessments
- Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided in OMP
- Model master data and configure systems according to business requirements defined in user stories
- Support Sprint and UAT testing
- Validate planning or transactional data to build optimization models, reports, and presentations
- Provide system solutions and process adjustments for unstructured problems
- Continuously upgrade planning and OMP capabilities through upskilling
Skills and attributes for success
- Hands-on experience with OMP operations and implementation (planning, data modeling, configuration, testing)
- Experience in designing and delivering supply chain transformation with extended teams or clients
- Ability to translate business requirements into functionalities provided by OMP
- Ability to perform comprehensive data assessments for planning process optimization
- Understanding of Demand Planning, Master Planning, Supply Network Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning & Scheduling
- Experience in designing planning solutions, creating operating models, leading workshops, and conducting fit-gap assessments
- Ability to work independently and proactively to implement best-in-class solutions
- Supply chain process expertise in industries such as FMCG, Pharma, Automotive, etc.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with OMP modules (OPR/S&OP/DP) and transformation projects
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of S&OP models and planning/scheduling experience
- Ability to perform data assessments for planning optimization
- Willingness and ability to upskill OMP capabilities
- Ability to work onsite at client locations as needed
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering
- Knowledge of OPAL programming language
- Experience with other planning software such as SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder
- Additional language skills at B2 level or higher
