We are looking for a top‑notch technology specialist to move our projects on the new track. You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. You will be part of our global team and participate in international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with extended multifunctional teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply‑chain transformation improving KPIs such as service, cost and cash.
  • Design planning solutions, create operating models, lead workshops & fit‑gap assessments.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided in OMP.
  • Model master data and configure system in line with business requirements defined in user stories.
  • Support sprint and UAT testing.
  • Validate various planning or transactional data to build optimisation models, analytical reports and presentations.
  • Provide system solutions and process adjustments to unstructured problems.
  • Continuous upskilling to upgrade planning & OMP capabilities.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • OMP operational & implementation hands‑on experience (planning, data modelling, configuration, testing).
  • Experience working with extended teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply‑chain transformation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided by OMP.
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive data assessments usable for optimisation of planning processes.
  • Understanding of Demand Planning, Master Planning, Supply Network Planning, Inventory Management and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling.
  • Design planning solutions, create operating models, lead workshops & fit‑gap assessments (as‑is vs to‑be).
  • Ability to work independently & proactively seek best‑in‑class solutions to boost client satisfaction.
  • Supply‑chain process expertise in at least one of: FMCG, Pharma, Automotive, etc.

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands‑on experience with OMP (OPR/S&OP/DP modules) and transformation/implementation projects.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding of S&OP model and planning/scheduling experience.
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive data assessments for optimisation of planning processes.
  • Strong willingness and ability to upskill OMP capabilities.
  • Availability to work at client location based on business/project need.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Engineering.
  • OMP Certification (User Engagement, OPAL).
  • OPAL programming language.
  • Knowledge of other planning software such as SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder.
  • Additional language skills at B2 level or higher.
