Omnichannel Activation Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Director and regional teams to identify clients and build a demand pipeline for omnichannel activation across all channels, delivering incremental spend on video, CTV, DOOH, Audio and Native
  • Maintain a pipeline and understand the omnichannel opportunities for each region/country which can be updated via regular meetings or sales reports with regional teams
  • Arrange monthly (minimum) omnichannel sessions with country/regional teams to asses opportunities
  • Collaborate with the regions to support with clients and new business by attending meetings and contributing to RFPs, to increase revenue
  • Work the partner vertical leads to understand GTM partner initiatives (only on relevant partners) to activate in the region and establish relationships
  • Work with partnership team to understand & activate key partners across data & measurement to drive omnichannel revenue. This can be working with external data/measurement partners or using Adform solutions
  • Identify channels for revenue growth and showcase how revenue can be delivered (eg. DOOH, or In- GAME) with quarterly planning

Our requirements

  • Proven account management and commercial experience at an online tech company. 5+ years
  • Track record of managing accounts and GTM initiatives
  • Broad industry experience in ad tech and technologies
  • Strong analytical and technical background as well as business acumen
  • Higher education in business management, economics or similar (not essential)

Optional

  • Worked in an ad tech role covering more than 1 country or region
  • Experience of CTV, DOOH, Audio or Online Video

In Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products.

Omnichannel Activation and Supply Manager is responsible for evangelizing omnichannel internally and with Adform clients to drive more omnichannel spend through the DSP, developing unique supply, with core focus on broadcasters, and creating omnichannel commercial initiatives to facilitate activation with clear plans and demand. The team is expected to be an outward facing ambassador for Adform on all things omnichannel and help to shape the perception in the market for Adform. This role is expected to be an expert in their business vertical, with strong account management and selling skills to increase value and look at how we can future proof the business.
