- Strong Integrated Marketing Communications grounding with digital strategy and media execution.
- Data fluency: able to define data flows, connect platforms, and apply insights with a brand and business mindset.
- Analytical, results-oriented problem solver with excellent project management skills.
- Collaborative leader and team player with strong interpersonal skills across diverse cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

- Demonstrable progress toward BRUT targets through data-driven optimization.
- Strong cross-functional rhythm with Marketing, Digital, OCCs, and Customer Development.
Why join
