Offshore Project HR Specialist
Workplace: Gdańsk; Luanda (Angola)
Main Responsibilities:
- regular contact with the management team and the project implementation team,
- organizing and coordinating the work of the HR team within the assigned project,
- ensuring project staffing according to established requirements,
- acting as the first point of contact for recruited and employed employees,
- responsibility for verification, completion, and archiving of employee documentation,
- preparing proposals for changes in schedules and staffing plans and maintaining and updating the rotation plan in the systems,
- cooperation with the HR department and training companies regarding training compliance, including mandatory certification, travel readiness, etc.,
- managing all practical aspects to facilitate changes/rotation of staff and supporting travel-related activities,
- communicating all new employees joining projects,
- supervision and responsibility for activities related to legal formalities such as visas, work permits, leave, and certification,
- continuous updating of HR systems.
Requirements:
- higher education, preferably in Human Resource Management (Bachelors/Masters degree),
- experience in a similar position and participation in the operational aspects of offshore projects is preferred,
- proficiency in MS Office,
- willingness to travel abroad,
- strong communication skills in both Polish and English,
- high personal culture and effective communication skills,
- independence in organizing ones own and the teams work,
- being open to new challenges,
- confidence and effective self-management under stress.
