We are currently seeking a dedicated Paid Social Media Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing social campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Effective interaction and strong communication with regional teams (Europe, U.S.)
2. Supporting campaign launches and set up on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest
3. Ensuring campaign compliance with GroupM guidelines
4. Monitoring and reporting on campaign checks across channels/platforms
5. Ensuring data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and GroupM software
6. Producing daily campaign reports, including pacing, data inputting, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams
7. Organizing daily tasks and overseeing the work of junior team members, including supporting colleagues with less experience by reviewing their work and providing guidance

The ideal candidate possesses:

1. Fluency in English
2. 3+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with other platforms is a bonus)
3. Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers
4. Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
5. Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
7. Being eager to work directly from Poland
