Mane are looking for an experienced Offshore Site Co-Ordinator to work on a major windfarm project.
A minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar role (construction site/reception) is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee offshore operations in coordination with the Marine and Helicopter Control Centre.
- Schedule and conduct meetings while maintaining regular communication with all project partners.
- Verify that all activities align with established project standards, procedures, and digital systems.
- Assist with health, safety, and environmental initiatives as needed.
- Administer and maintain the Offshore Operations Management platform.
- Contribute to project improvement by sharing operational insights and feedback.
- Take responsibility for vessel-related coordination and logistics.
- Encourage professionalism, ownership, and adherence to responsibilities among contractors and team members.
- Champion and reinforce a strong culture of safety throughout all project phases and participants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role (construction site/reception).
- Knowledge of Polish and English language is essential.
