We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Warsaw office, and provide support across all areas of general management, human resources, facilities and operations, administration, as well as overseeing our business support team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operating of the Warsaw office, delivering high‑quality, cost‑efficient services, whilst managing, motivating and developing the staffing team in order to continually improve performance. This is a broad ranging and varied role, which covers all aspects of office management, from HR activities such as coordinating the hiring process and supporting the annual evaluation processes, to working with the finance team to meet reporting requirements and draft the office budget, to facilities management such liaising with property management and ensuring health and safety compliance; no two days will ever be the same! We are seeking someone who is keen to help identify creative solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency and the effectiveness of operations, systems and procedures.
The role will be responsible for coordinating and managing the business services team in the Warsaw Office, to ensure the highest standards, compliance with local laws and regulations, adherence to Firm policies and procedures, and to promote, develop and maintain a culture of teamwork and excellent service for both clients and colleagues.
You will be a dedicated and hardworking self‑starter, ideally with at least three years experience in a similar office management role. A background within a law firm or similar professional services industry would be strongly preferred. You must be able to communicate (verbal and written) in Polish and English. You will also have strong people management, organisational, administrative and project management capabilities, along with the ability to manage priorities, goals and deadlines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
