About Our Client

Our client is a sizeable organization operating in multiple industries. They have a wide-reaching presence and established their brand new IT office in Wroclaw.

Job Description

  • Participation in in setting up a new office (facility, IT, vendors).
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for management and staff.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all administrative records.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage office budget.
  • Organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Manage internal and external communication.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in an office management, administrative or assistant role, preferable within IT/Business Services sector.
  • Experience in setting up a new office (facility, IT, vendors) as a strong asset
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
