Obowiązki
- manage daily office operations in Warsaw, collaborating closely with the local Head of Office to identify requirements and working alongside the CFO and Head of HR,
- coordinate recruitment activities for the Poland team (scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications),
- work with the Global HR team on employee benefits, offering market insights and taking the lead on implementation, renewals, and vendor negotiations,
- oversee time and attendance tracking for all team members in Poland,
- lead the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company,
- assess training and development needs within the Polish team and organize appropriate programs in coordination with HR,
- build and maintain partnerships with external vendors, such as payroll and benefits providers, to ensure efficient service delivery.
Wymagania
- proven experience in a similar role involving office administration and HR support,
- fluent English (C1 level) - essential for daily collaboration with international teams,
- understanding of Polish labour law and HR best practices,
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- experience working with payroll, benefits vendors,
- ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
