Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written – minimum B1 level)
- Proficiency in Polish (minimum B2 level)
- Strong skills in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent time management skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- High sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, initiative-driven attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in roles such as Travel Manager, Event Manager, Executive Assistant, or Secretary
- Familiarity with accounting processes or exposure to the accounting field
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office maintenance and implement routines to ensure a productive, high-quality work environment
- Handle front office activities, including answering and directing phone calls
- Manage and track office supply inventory
- Coordinate workstation setup and onboarding for new employees
- Organize and control incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in planning and supporting company events
- Operate and maintain office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, etc.)
