We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team! You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our team in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing and keeping track of invoices.
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets for office budget planning.
- Ensuring the office is organized and fully stocked (our cleaner does a deep clean twice a week).
- Coordinating with suppliers for office needs, including food, equipment, and stationery.
- Organizing shipments and receiving parcels (couriers, packages, etc.).
- Managing corporate merchandise for welcome kits, assembling gifts, and sending them.
- Communicating with service providers (internet, electricity, water).
- Decorating the office for holidays and special occasions.
- Organizing weekly Pizza Day every Friday.
- Supporting the planning and execution of corporate events and team-building activities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Polish is a must.
- English skills are sufficient for basic communication.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with documents and spreadsheets.
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve organizational tasks quickly.
