About the role: This is a part-time position, with flexibility on how the hours are distributed - either daily, on select days, or in the afternoons. The role is on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) with an hourly rate of 40 - 50 PLN gross, and we expect approximately a half-time commitment.
Job requirements:
- Thinking outside the box and coming up with innovative solutions.
- Strong written and spoken English skills (min. B2).
- Managing tasks efficiently under time constraints.
- Organizing tasks and prioritizing effectively to ensure important work is completed first.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
What youll do:
- Help keep the office tidy and well-organized
- Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and groceries
- Unpack, organize and send out packages
- Conduct research for purchasing technical products needed for projects, event supplies, and employee gifts
- Process invoices and add them to our system
- Assist in organizing company events like training sessions, team-building activities, and business trips
- Handle other assigned tasks as needed
