Office Assistant
Your responsibilities
Provides secretarial/reception services and manages calendars.
Assists in the setting up of meetings and conferences, travel bookings and requests.
Receives, screens and directs incoming communications including calls, visitors, mails and emails.
Processes general office administration activities (e.g. room planning, office materials).
Keeps overview of planning for personnel and employee’s absences.
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by manager.

Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or a related field
Min 1 year of experience in similar position
Great MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel (pivot and formulas)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in English and Polish
Willing to work from the office 5 days a week
