Office Assistant



Your responsibilities

  • Provides secretarial/reception services and manages calendars.
  • Assists in the setting up of meetings and conferences, travel bookings and requests.
  • Receives, screens and directs incoming communications including calls, visitors, mails and emails.
  • Processes general office administration activities (e.g. room planning, office materials).
  • Keeps overview of planning for personnel and employee’s absences.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by manager.
  • Archive office documents

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or a related field
  • Min 1 year of experience in similar position
  • Great MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel (pivot and formulas)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in English and Polish
  • Willing to work from the office 5 days a week
