What we expect

  • Office management: Coordinating supplies (office supplies, groceries), keeping the common areas clean and tidy, supervising maintenance (lighting, plumbing) and liaising with suppliers and the building manager on ongoing repairs.
  • Office support: Greeting visitors, operating the reception desk, managing parking and ordering business cards.
  • Organising meetings: Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences and room management.
  • HR support: First point of contact for HR queries, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting with employee benefit programmes and recruitment processes.
  • Safety and development: Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and organising global training.
